ABA Standard Committee - Recommendation- January 2020 - American Game Bantam

Silver Duckwing and Golden Duckwing - Female color clarification

Justification: Duckwing American Game Bantam females - the BB Red American Game Bantam description calls for straw colored shafting to be given preference in female plumage.   There is no such notation for the Silver Duckwing or Golden Duckwing female plumage which is inconsistent.

ABA Standard Committee recommends adding the following:

“Silvery white shafting to be given preference in female plumage” for Silver Duckwing American Game Bantams.

“Straw colored shafting to be given preference in female plumage” for Golden Duckwing American Game Bantams.
